At The Mercantile, we love fresh, elegant, creative design, so we just had to share this event! Coming up tomorrow at AmericasMart Atlanta, British ex-pat, renowned designer and proponent of outdoor living Kathryn Ireland will make an appearance to discuss her passion for the art of outdoor entertaining, followed by a book sale and signing.

Ireland has been named one of the top 25 designers in America by Elle Décor, and is featured on Bravo’s hit television series “Million Dollar Decorators,” which showcases the lavish interiors she designs for high-end clients. She has also been named one of the top 100 designers in the United States for the last ten years by House Beautiful.

In addition to her interior design work, Ireland designs gorgeous, vibrant textiles and wallpaper that combine detailed pattern and sophisticated color schemes. Take a look at some of her interior design work, below.
